Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes, the premises is licensed and regulated as a Resort Condominium by the Florida Department of Professional Regulation. Please make sure that any accommodation that you are considering is properly licensed.
Q. How far from Disney is this Condominium?
A. It is approximately 3 miles from the Disney entrance.
Q. What is the Address?
A. 8101 Coconut Palm Way, Kissimmee, FL. Maps and directions can be found HERE.
Q. How Many will it Sleep?
A. 8 People - 6 People can sleep in the bedrooms and 2 can sleep on the pull out sofa.
Q: Is there a Washer/Dryer, Kitchen, Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, Cookware, and Placeware?
A. Yes. This condo is fully equipped to meet your needs.
Q: What is the Minimum Stay?
A. Three nights, but we hope you decide to stay longer.
Q. How does the High-speed internet work?
A. You can use the free wireless internet or just plug the ethernet cable into your computer.

Q. Are there any other fees?
A. We must charge Florida Sales and Occupancy Tax of 13% (which all vacation homes must charge).

Q. How much is it to confirm a reservation?
A. A deposit of 25% of the rent or $150, whichever is greater, must be made to confirm a reservation. Within 10 days of booking, full payment is requred. The deposit is applied to the total before check-in. Many of these types of questions are answered on our Official Policy Page.

Q. When must the full balance be paid?
A. Full balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival, for standard bookings and 3 weeks prior to arrival for peak time bookings (June, July, August, Spring Break, Holidays)

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept Credit Cards and Paypal. Checks will be accepted, but must clear the bank before booking can occur.Contact us at ssm300@yahoo.com or 919-671-6058 and we will send you an invoice for either Paypal or Credit Card payments. Paying in this manner is fast and extremely simple.
Q. Are Pets Allowed?
A. Sorry, no pets are permitted in this condo. Thank you for your cooperation. Please refer to our Official Policy Page.
Q. Is Smoking Allowed?
A. This is a non-smoking accommodation, but smoking is allowed outside on the Lanai.
